- Flexibility - You've made one year of consistent lease payments and have taken care of your property. That's great! Renewals are fast and flexible, and can go as low as three month time periods for our best customers.
- No rent increases - what you say? That's right - if you are never late on your payment we will offer you at least one renewal option at the end of your lease that would result in no "annual increase."
- Gift cards - what's your favorite restaurant? Dinner is on us when you make six months of payments in a timely fashion and meet all obligations under your lease agreement.
- Don't like the color of the carpet? Change it! Customers who are with us and pay timely over a two year period can choose from a variety of home improvements we will make for you - not because we have to, but because you want us to!
- "I really like this home - it's a great neighborhood, and now that I've been here for a few years I would like to stay, but I want to own my own home." I hear this all the time! For the very best customers we have, after a period of at least three years, there is opportunity for ownership of the property. At the very least we will give you an option to purchase the property and can help you arrange financing as well.
